Day 15 with 12.9lbs to Go!

I am in the Cruise Phase and my weight loss has slowed down (157.9lbs) . The stresses of the wedding are coming down on me so I find myself missing meals and not drinking enough water. I am going to use this week to regroup and get myself back on track. I located the complete insanity workout videos on craigslist for $30 bucks so I will officially start those today! I will not weigh myself again until the end of the week. I have taken before pictures so once I get through the first 30 days I will post the results. I am calling Davids Bridal today to reschedule my dress fitting. I think May 1st is too soon. I have also incorporated a Natural Dietary supplement called Glucomannan. It promotes regularity and the feeling of fullness. It helps control cholesterol as well.
My bridal shower is this weekend and I am looking forward to seeing my friends and family! It is much needed!!!

Beginning of a new week day 8....

There is really no news to report. I have not gained or lost any weight since my last posting. I did not follow through this weekend. I got busy with the kids and family and missed several meals. I didn't exercise or walk but I know that part was my fault because I could have made time. It's fine because its Monday and I am back on my grind. I am going to do the attack phase for 2 more days(just to make sure I am back on track). I am also moving my walking time to 45 minutes instead of 30.

Day 5 with 14.4lbs to go!

I got on the scale this morning and I only lost 2 ounces(159.4). I am not upset one bit because I kind of went off course(eating almost a whole pack of ritz crackers) and I did not exercise yesterday. It's still all good! I will get my walk on today and I will eat enough protein for dinner so that I won't get hungry later tonight. Since I am doing so well, I am going to continue my attack phase through the weekend and start the Cruise Phase on Monday. I feel good and the weight loss is noticeable. My mood today: FOCUSED AND DETERMINED!
If I can lose 5lbs a week, I will be at my ideal weight around the 4th of May. Cruise phase here I come! (April  16-May 4)

Day 4 with 14.6lbs to go!!



Woke up this morning and did my happy dance! 159.4lbs!!! I now officially love my scale. My pants are loose and I am more motivated than ever! Before it was hard for me to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks but now I lose more than that in 4days! I am sold. I have done weight watchers and body by VI and this is by far the most results I have ever seen in such a short period of time. My goal now is to get as far away from the 160lb mark as possible. It's on and popping like popcorn!(ohh popcorn sounds so good...lol)

Day 3 with 15.9lbs to go!

I got on the scale this morning and it was the same as last night. I am perfectly OK with that because 4.3lbs in 3 days is outstanding so I am definitely not discouraged. I will continue the attack phase through Friday and increase my workout time as well. Hopefully I will continue to see results! Two people have noticed the difference already! I am sharing this diet with my Bridal Party.

Wow lost another 1lb in less than a day!

This is unbelievable! From 7:45am to 8:30pm I have lost a whole pound! I could not wait until the morning to see the results. I just hope I wake up to more happiness!
