I got on the scale this morning and I only lost 2 ounces(159.4). I am not upset one bit because I kind of went off course(eating almost a whole pack of ritz crackers) and I did not exercise yesterday. It's still all good! I will get my walk on today and I will eat enough protein for dinner so that I won't get hungry later tonight. Since I am doing so well, I am going to continue my attack phase through the weekend and start the Cruise Phase on Monday. I feel good and the weight loss is noticeable. My mood today: FOCUSED AND DETERMINED!
If I can lose 5lbs a week, I will be at my ideal weight around the 4th of May. Cruise phase here I come! (April 16-May 4)
